Vrindaban Dham Parikrama

During kartik month ( Urjavrata) at Vrindaban , circumbulation of Vrindavan Dham takes place which covers Nandagram, Varsana, Gokul mahaban, Govardhan, Radhakunda, Panchakoshi Vrindaban etc.


Sri Navadwip Dham Parikrama

During the celebration of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu\'s appearance day , a seven day long Circumbulation(parikrama) round the nine islands of Navadwip Dham is also taken out with devotional songs glorifying Sri Gauranga Mahaprabhu, Nityanada Prabhu,Advaita prabhu and Sri Radha Krishna. Thousands of devotees assemble at Sri Bhakti Siddhanta Saraswati Math( at Godrum Dham), Swarupganj, Nadia,West Bengal.Sri Yoga Pith(Birth place of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu), Sribasa Angana, etc are the places covered during Navadwip Dham Parikrama. 



 Sri Kshetra Dham Parikrama (Nilachal Puri)

Every Year during the month of August at the time of Car Festival (RathYatra) of Lord Jagannathdev a week long circumbulation of Sri Kshetra Dham is taken out with hundreds of devotees. Kashi Mishra Bhaban (Gambhira), Bhakti Kuti, siddha-bakul, Narayan-chhata, Jagannath ballav Uddhan, Haridas Thakur Samadhi, Samudra (Sea), Chakratirtha, House of Sarbabhouma, Paramananda Puri Kupa (Well), Gundicha Bhavan, Tota Gopinath etc. are the places covered during circumbulation. Thousands of Devotees gathere at Sri Purusottam Math, Puri for the Car festival (RathYatra) of Lord Jagannath.


5th Centenary Comemorial of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu’s Visit to Sri Vrindaban Dham

Background :

Mahaprabhu on his way to Jharkhand met with various ferocious animals and successfully spread love amidst them through his devotional songs. These animals were so delighted by hearing the name of Hari which was witnessed in the village of Kojugram, Ranchi. Mahaprabhu bathed in a narrow river flowing between the two mountains over there where a herd of elephants also came down to bath. Sribol Vadra Bhattacharya was spellbound by the sight which the herd of elephants has offered.

 Gaudiya Mission, Baghbazar had organized a trip on 11th of November 2015 where they had taken 250 saints, sanyassi and bhramacharis. Their journey started from Kolkata to Puri then to Cuttack and finally reached to Jharkhand to enliven the memories of past. Mission’s present Acharya & Secretary Om Bhishnupad Parhamansa 108 Sri Sri Madbhaikti Suhrid Paribrajak Goswami Maharaj’s accompanied them in the whole journey. The Parikrama reached Beneras, Allahabad and lastly to Brindavan. A seminar was organized where famous Brojopremi Sri Ramesh had delivered lecture and Peacock dance was performed by Brojokola Foundation. A two days national seminar was organized at Delhi on 28th and 29thNovember 2015. At the last day of seminar minister Babul Supriyo had sung the amazing track “Mongol deep jele” and amused the listeners by his mesmerizing voice. On 29th November 2015 people from ISCON and other devotees of Mahaprabhu from other organizations have joined  the Nagarkirtan held at Chittoranjan Park. 


To commemorate the 5th Centenary of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu’s coming to Vrindaban, Gaudiya Mission has organized a 22 Day spiritual tour by Bus from Puri to Virndaban, and way back on the jungle route as taken by Sri Chaitanya Mahprabhu. Also a Two Day National Seminar on ‘Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu’s Visit To Vrindaban Dham’ will be hosted at Siri Fort, New Delhi on 28th and 29th November.

On 11th November, more than 250 saints and devotees from Gaudiya Mission will set of from Sri Gaudiya Math, Baghbazar for Puri Dham. Then from Puri, the Pilgrims will reach Vrindaban on 18th November via Keonjhar, Ranchi, Kuju and Varanasi. A Nagarsankirtan will take place on 15th November at the city of Ranchi in the daytime. The Pilgrims will visit all the spiritually important places of Vrindaban including Mathura as described by Sri Chaitanhya Mahprabhu and his associates for the next three days and it will reach Radhakundon 21st November thereby conducting Giriraj Goverdhan Parikrama and go to other nearby relevant places. On 28th it will reach New Delhi to join the Two Day National Seminar. The Seminar will be attended by eminent personalities from all corners of the society to discuss Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu’s contribution to the society. Nagar Sankirtan will also take place on 29th November on the Chittaranjan Park area of New Delhi chanting the ‘Hari Naam’ by all the devotees and members of the Mission along with other Gaudiya Sapradays present in Delhi. On the return journey the Pilgrims will visit Allahabad, Gaya and reach Remuna, Baleswar in Orissa and will come back to Kolkata.


The fundamental objective of Gaudiya Mission is to spread the philosophy of Gaudiya Vaishnavism ( the only way to Peace and Harmony)throughout the world and in practicing and propagating the gospel of the divine love as advocated by the revealed vedic authorities, Upanisads, Bhagavatam, Gita and other Scriptures and propagated by Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. The Mission is constantly trying to revive in the minds of the sincere souls the eternal spirit of the pure devotion to and for Supreme Lord Sri Krishna by scrutinizing and propagating the study of the pure devotion, its philosophy, doctrines, rituals with the vision to obtain universal harmony and brotherhood.
