Nagar Sankirtan Procession in Sri Chaitanya Janmotsav & Mela on 4th February, 2018

Lord Sri Chaitanya is resemblance of alliance temple for both love and counter. All adherent address him "God". He propagated his message of love for all human being without distinction of caste and color. All discrimination was obliterate by his love hymn. From South to North India was overwhelmed by his love hymn which denoted amity between friend and foe. With the endeavor of Gaudiya Mission, Bagbazar, Mahaprabhu’s 532nd birth anniversary will be celebrate from 3rd Feb to 11th Feb 2018 in the ground of Bagbazar Sarbojonin Durgotsav with all grandeur and sublimity. The assemblage will commence with Kirtan in the company of many sanyasis, brahmmacharies and devotees. This will be carried out by singing devotional songs. To celebrate the 532nd birth anniversary of Lord Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, a nine day long programme schedule will start from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. every day and different types of cultural programme, exhibitions along with dancing and singing performances will take place.

A grand Nagar Sankirtan Procession will take place on 4th February, 2018 (Sunday) from Dharmatala at 8:00 A.M. onwards. Nagar Sankirtan in the company of Sanyasis, Brahmacharis and devotees will carried out singing devotional songs in glorification of the divine jugol Sri Radha and Krishna with Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. The mission delivers in purifying human beings through “Harinam Sankirtan” so that they may enjoy peace and contentment in their material life and move to attain ultimate salvation and happiness. Nagar Sankirtan Procession will commence from Dharmatala and covers Welington Street, College Street, Bidhan Sarani, Shyambazar, Bagbazar Street and will return to Bagbazar Sarbojonin Durgotsav ground.

After completion of Nagar Sankirtan Procession Mahaprasad will be distributed among all.

All participating organizations in Nagar Sankirtan Procession are requested to set up decorated paintings of Sri Mahaprabhu in their own propagation van and to carry out singing “HareKrishna Mahamantra”.

They are also requested to enlist their name as soon as possible and contact with Sripad Hrishikesh Maharaj.
